Indeed. I was generalising but the Caucasian mobs are generally considered particularly vicious even by ex-Soviet standards though I don't know much specifically about the Georgians. Either way it's hard to imagine Avtandil on the Witness Protection Program... there ain't really enough 5'4" crazy men with Georgian accents for him to blend in anywhere in the US.
