Pretty funny coming from Pacquiao talking about being 100% and entertaining the fans. Where was this mentality when he was fighting for 180 million dollars, when he threw 429 punches over 12 rounds and landed a whooping 81 of them. I am actually a Pac fan, but what a ridiculous comment.
because floyd was coming at him giving him the blues right??
he tried to chase floyd down and did the best he can at that.
we always hear of killer instinct etc etc but it is kinda crazy that manny was knocking everyone out then all the sudden he was questioned by media for ped's mostly when he wouldnt take fight cause of drug tests and he couldnt knock anyone out. i just wonder what would happen these days if say ggg or canelo said no fight cause of drug tests the backlash would be incredible.
not real sure what im trying to say except for the fact that i think in the 2000's the rich athletes including boxers were on ped

stop it. his last ko was hatton, in the cotto fight it was a tko and that was before he was question about being dirty. since then he fought marg, mosley, marquez 2x, bradley 3x, these guys aint easy to stop. i believe he could have stopped algieri had he step on the gas but for whatever reason (maybe marquez ko still linger in his mind) he didnt wanna go for it.

the fighters he's fought before, all came at him and tried to bully him, making it easier for him to knock them out. after the marquez ko, every fighter that pac has fought is banking on doing what marquez did and sit back and wait for pac to come in. manny knows this, so he's not gonna go bone rushing in. he had a lot of successful with ko/tko early on in his career because at that time he was wild and throwing 100 + per round.

I understand where you are coming from and I can understand why Manny would be gun shy after the 4th Marquez fight, but with the world watching, in the biggest fight of his career, for 150-180 million dollars, , with a chance to hand Floyd the first official loss pf his career and the opportunity to offer a rematch for the same kind of money had he been victorious, he comes In unprepared Injured and throws 429 punches over 12 rounds. That Is not making an effort, that Is making a big paycheck. If there was one fight where he needed to come In wild throwing 100+ per round, this was It.
