Here's the problem with your theory. I respect both fighters, but I really don't like either of them. I don't have a problem with ward winning, my issue is with fans like you who came up with this magical narrative where kov is the master clincher, not ward. You literally have a thousand hours of video proving how dumb your theory is, but you still have the audacity to claim that somehow it was kov initiating the clinches. Just stop. It's ***ing ****** and everyone knows it.

I'm not saying that kov never initiated a clinch. Even the best offensive fighters clinch once in a while. But 95% of clinches were initiated by ward, just like they were his last 10 fights in the last 10 years.


Btw, if you haven't seen anyone say that his inside work is what won him the fight, then you really have no idea what you're talking about. There's literally no other criteria you can use to make the fight close.

Nowhere did I say Kov was the master clincher. I said people are blaming all of the clinching on Ward when it's obvious Kovalev initiated a lot of the clinches as well. My whole post was about fans that act like Kov didn't clinch at all and it was all Ward. As I said, I thought it was smart on Krusher's part to hold when Ward got inside, him being the naturally bigger and stronger guy. But to act like Kovalev didn't hold or clinch at all isn't telling the story of the fight. We all know Ward does it but fools act like not one time during that fight did Kovalev hold or clinch. C'mon son

And who the heck cares about people talking about Ward's inside game? I'm talking about people dismissing Kovalev holding. Me not paying attention to others talking about Ward's inside game doesn't show I don't know what i'm talking about, it shows that i'm not paying attention to what others are saying cause i'm talking about something else.
