When Ward beat Kessler, there was a Swedish judge, a South African judge and an American judge. Both of those international/foreign judges had Ward ahead on their scorecards when the fight ended in the 11th. Hmmmm???
Come on man, Ward gets away with it, that's the complaint of guys who fight him. Ward is good at fouling out of view of the ref. He's aware of where the ref is. But that doesn't mean he's not dirty, just hens he's good at getting away with it.

So Ward is a first class cheater, nothing more.

And others gets warning for far less.

Exhibit A: Ward pulls all kinds of dirty shiiit, even tried to grab Kov's leg a flip him. Kov holds him instead of letting Ward bully goat his ass and cause cuts, who gets the warning, Kov.

Like I said, no one can watch that video OBJECTIVELY and come away not thinking he is a dirty fighter, not if they know the rules of boxing.

Actually, that's exactly why Kov headlocked Ward. The video you posted proves it.

Ward ducking under Kov getting ready to launch his head into him--soft jab, duck, billygoat.

One only has to watch this video to see what Ward is trying to do, but Kov locked him up.

Ward five accidental head butts. In every fight. Straight up pounding guys with his elbows. Stiff arming guys. Ducking far below the waist and coming up under them. Billy goat!

I get standing by your guy, and if you think it's great he has found a way to get away with going dirty. Cool!

But don't be absurd and deny he's dirty, film doesn't lie.

Ward isn't holding. He's throwing rights and lefts simultaneously. Get on his level.

There is absolutely no such thing as a preventative foul in boxing. You alert the ref, the ref issues a warning, the ref deducts points. Only after you see the ref not taking action on the actual fouling does a fighter take things in his own hands.

In reality what you saw was a fighter trying to avoid inside fighting. Don't be such a fanboy that you buy and sell that Kovalev was trying to prevent himself from getting fouled. There is just no excuse for that crap in the 1st round.

You can't talk about OBJECTIVELY while suggesting that 31 official referees and 93 official judges have somehow missed Andre Ward constantly cheating in 31 professional fights. That's right, Andre Ward has never even had a Split Decision or Majority Decision victory. All his wins are KO's, TKO's, Unanimous Decisions and one Technical Decision where he was ahead on all 3 cards.
