Average Danny garcia ain't fighting Spence rule that out now

Protected over rated Average danny Garcia is not fighting Spence period. Little Shawn the Port isn't taking on the larger Spence either. Peterson needs a money fight and has a stagnant career so why not fight Spence??? Spence deserves a Thurman who is also vastly overrated but Thurman will make excuses forever and talk while running away. Same with Paq. Crawford awaits soon.

Instead Haymon has had him literally fighting in NY, Canada and everywhere but Texas.
Whatever Al did to you....it left you with severe damage.

LOL yea PBC/Haymon has been so bad at that. Idk if that manager to boxer to promoter without any long term upside with a fighter dynamic is making that a problem or what, but when you see the attention guys like Wilder & Crawford get in their bumf#ck, USA venues you gotta wonder why anyone with a name &/or some talent aren't being taken to their own bumf#ck, USA to get a passionate audience behind them.

And I'm a big fan of the fake it til you make it strategy with this. If I got a fighter who can draw 4,000 fans to a local venue to watch his fights, even if those 4,000 fans are his only fans in the world that has an impact on the people watching at home & sets a tone that this is a worthwhile guy to be watching cuz why else would all these people be going crazy about this guy otherwise. I mean most people don't know wtf they are watching anyway. I see Wilder throwing windmill punches & f#cking cringe for him, but most cats, who've never thrown a punch or been hit in their life, just see a guy KOing dudes & being in fun fights.

So throwing fights on the homecourt can have massive impact well beyond the local venue for talented guys on the come up who can draw & I don't believe boxing in the US takes advantage of that enough & for sure PBC isn't taking advantage of it as much as they could be either.

And I understand casinos can offer site fees that are sexy, but in the long game of a fighters career having more fans wanting to watch you is more valuable to all parties over a site fee.

Dumb azz JASON SHAW Lucas is not from this country Spence is. And as for Jojo who is from cali he has fought 14 of his 24 pro fights in Cali. Spence couldn't even draw 300K viewers in the biggest fight of his career. Stop quoting TV ratings that were solely because it was crammed in the middle of Olympics coverage. Local news that are followed by Olympics draws double those ratings NOT because people are watching the news but because people just leave their TV's on all day for the Olympics. If NBC was so happy with PBC and that rating they wouldn't getting out of the PBC business. The Showtime ratings a week ago are more of true indicator of Spence's popularity then the NBC rating. And fighting in Texas more then 1 of his last 10 fights would help build a local following for this kid more then fighting in NY or Canada and everywhere else Haymon has sent him.

FYI Golden Boy just kicked PBC off ESPN and their last card drew higher ratings then the last PBC on ESPN card. So that's Spike, ESPN and NBC that have ended their relationship with PBC LMAO

you dumbass the showtime fight was on a saturday holiday weekend..... It was on 2pm on the west and 5 pm on the east on a saturday.... Majority of people are not home that early on saturdays..... His fight before that did 6 million.... You could never even dream of doing those numbers.... Canelos 3 fights on free hbo didnt even add up to 6million for spence vs bundu... Instead of bashing spence for not fighting in texas before be happy that he is now..... He is fighting in dallas on primetime fox.... Your hero oscar could never do that for spence... Never!

I actually truly believe that there's a better than decent chance that Team Danny and Team Pacquiao come to terms.

Freddie Roach has been drooling about a potential Danny Garcia/Manny Pacquiao match up on Youtube for a while now. It's a good match up style wise for Manny, provided he can avoid that left hook bomb. And conversely for Danny -- who would you rather fight? A near 40 year old Pacquiao, who will give you your biggest payday of your career -- or would you rather get steamrolled by Spence in front of Errol's hometown? And for considerably less money to boot?

And also, Danny has been on the record saying that he thinks the Pacquiao fight will happen. It's on Youtube. And that was pretty recent when he said that, too.

Why not fight Danny Garcia in Dallas? Why does it have to be a lesser opponent? Keith Thurman fought 2 top WW opponents on CBS, so why can't Spence Jr. fight DSG on FOX? If they must find a so-called "lesser" opponent, then how about he fights Lucas Matthysse or Konstantin Ponomarev? I wonder if Amir Khan would consider fighting Spence Jr. in Dallas?

I have zero doubt Porter would fight anyone at 147 any time in any place. He's been that type of a fighter & will be that type of a fighter for the foreseeable future.

And I think Danny would to, but idk if Angel would allow him & Danny is a big daddy's boy so who knows there.

Also I don't see why Berto wouldn't accept a title fight in the off chance one got offered to him these days.

I'm not of the opinion there are many professional fighters scared to fight guys & make nice money at this level. Guys who are scared to fight are weeded out well before they get to this level of the game far more often then not.

Dallas isn't like Omaha or Toledo. Those places don't have professional sports teams. He's only headlined one card, Bundu. And the big ticket seller for that card was the female fighter on the card, Heather Hardy. Now he's in position to headline a fight in his hometown, his buzz is big enough.
