In the opening question it is asked if Ward will be as big a star as Canelo?

Do you see any future prospects selling as many PPV'S or making the kind of money that Floyd and Manny have?

No, but that's because he was truly phenomenal and not just great. Crawford, Thurman, and Spence are great not phenomenal.

if i have to pick one, i'll say thurman. unless arum does a real good job at promoting TC, i cant see TC and spence becoming a star. reason why? these guys are boring and have no personality (keith is bad too, but atleast he's not as boring as the other 2). and ward, its too late for ward to become a star now.

I think Joshua has a real shot at being the next big thing. Primarily because he's a heavyweight and a Euro. If he isnt already, he'll be a megastar in places like the UK, Germany, and Australia. He just needs to start fighting in the US if he wants to be a PPV draw.

For some reason the HW division captures the imagination of the casual fan. Hardcore fans appreciate all the divisions, but HW, MW, and WW are what peak the interest of peripheral fans.

With all this said..... if he becomes a draw, and Wilder can beat him (Disclaimer: Im not a Wilder fan). Well then Wilder has the charisma to truly be the next big thing. Hopefully his days of fighting cans will soon be over.

Of those names I only see Spence with that potential. If he continues to KO opponents and keep his image clean, I think he can spin that into something big. Thurman only fights once per year, and given what he has achieved thus far he still isn't on the casual fan radar. Crawford is probably the most skilled of the bunch but has zero charisma. He's lacking the "presence" of a superstar, and hasn't really fought anyone yet. Ward is on the tail end of his career and if it hasn't happened by now, it's not going to happen. He can't fill an arena in his hometown, he's never going to be a superstar or face of boxing.

That's the actual question and the answer is NFW.

Why not? Is it because of race?
