I think the 12th round of manny-morales 1, when morales turned southpaw and got repeatedly drilled by manny. Morales was never the same after that
I've never thought about the morales one... but you may be on to something with that. He took a ton of punishment... but to answer his question post fight I loved it! Epic fight with an epic ending.

To add on the pacquiao I thought he was never the same after marg. I saw a post fight video where pacquiao looked in really bad shape, and heard rumors he was bed ridden for the next 3 weeks.

Groves is not the same since the Froch fight. He is stiff, a little chinny, tense. He's winning, but look who he's beating. Let's not forget how Jack wrecked him.
Don't get me wrong, I've liked Groves for over 5 years now. He's one of the guys I always root for, but Carl took something out of him that he'll never get back.

Vasquez/Marquez instantly comes to mind. Those fights literally ended Israel's career

Crawford/Postol. Postol has disappeared off the face of the earth. I guess he took that first loss real hard.

all roads lead back to Sutherland/Rainford

I know Kenny got the W but he was never the same after going through absolute hell to get that W. A part of Kenny Rainford's soul died in the ring that night.

Matthew Saad Muhammad was never the same after the first Qawi fight, John Mugabi was never the same after Hagler, Merqui Sosa and Prince Charles Williams ruined each other after their 2 fights Pipino Cuevas was never the same after Hearns although IMO it was the Shields fight right before that did him in Hearns just put the cherry on top
