Spence vs Pacquiao on the horizon...could this be why Pac vs Broner never finalized?

I've always wondered why Broner vs Pacquiao was never finalized despite BOTH Pacquiao and Broner wanting the fight. Broner brings a star attraction and is taylor made for Pacquiao, so it's mind boggling why this never happened. I can't see it being Arum and Team Pac who didn't want this to go down, so it must have been from Haymon's side. Maybe he knew it would be in his best interesting to get Spence to keep mentioning Pacquiao's name after beating Brook. Spence has been talking about Pacquiao and awful lot lately. But Team Pac has been quiet as a mouse as it relates to that. I guess we'll see after he fights this cabbie in Australia.

He's not feeding Pac to anyone Pac doesn't want to fight and really loma? This ain't 2004 that's a 3 weight class difference it's never gonna happen, and if Crawford PAC isn't next then it's never happening either manny is on his last couple fights.

I think the reason Manny vs Broner never worked out is purely because Bob wants to maximize his $$ and do things in-house.
