You said he'd lose, but the fact is Pascal beaten Adonis not once but twice in amateur and trust me ; Adonis remember. He's always acted cautious about pascal. He did provoqued him at first presser but it is only because he's sure Pascal will lose and so won't fight him next. He did not acted that way when he met Pascal unguarded at a restaurant couple months ago (thats what Jean told to adonis last week at a radio show lol.) Lots of boxing drama somehow .
It doesn't matter where you're from. I know for a fact that Pascal does not want to fight Stevenson. He basically said it in this article. I haven't heard about their amateur fights but right now you would have to be blind to not see that Stevenson has far superior skills and punching power than Pascal. If Pascal wanted to fight Stevenson why not just make the fight? Why all of the talk and insults? Stevenson isn't talking about him. Why the popularity contest? Why does he care more about what people think in Quebec than making some good money in a fight. It all adds up to my point. He just wants people to hate Stevenson and love him. Thats all he cares about.

I completely agree with you on this one. Pascal would get retired early if they ever fight. Post Emmanuel Stewart Stevenson is a completely different fighter.

As far as Stevenson goes, it's not like people are lining up to fight him either.

What is this poster even talking about? Pascal has been calling out Quackenson ever since I can remember. Quackenson responded he's not worth his time.

You gotta be an idiot to believe a guy who fought Kovalev twice would avoid a quack like Adonis.

One thing is sure tonight. Quebecers will be cheering for Fonfara. They want to see this quack lose. Sure, there'll be pockets of paid cheering squads for the quack in the audience. Those are set up by his promoter. It was obvious in his last fight.

True. Only few fighters get to have ready-made audience willing to pay for their fights.

Odd relationship between these two. When they're in each other's company, as fellow Hiatian Canadians, they appear to be on friendly terms. But Pascal blasts him repeatedly when they're NOT together .

Wait, what? The line starts with Eleider Alvarez, who has been waiting like 3 years as a mando. Then Joe Smith, who KO'd Stevenson's current opponent last year. Even Fonfara himself was begging for this rematch. Some others have given up trying because they know he won't fight them.

I don't hate Stevenson like so many here, but let's not pretend that there aren't people trying to fight him.

I find it hard to believe that Alvarez was his mandatory for three years. It is not customary for fighters of any caliber to take on dangerous challengers. Not that he's got his shot, time to show what he's made of.
