.... No, kid: clowns like your "idol" need their own sport!... Because it ain't boxing!... [/QUOTE]

Except that what you saw in the Kessler fight isn't what happened in the Kovalev fight. You can't justify fouls or illegal tactics by saying they were to prevent illegal tactics that were sure to come. NO ONE closes distance with their head up.

And it is boxing. It's just not the brand that you prefer or from the person you prefer. You have too much knowledge friend to become a blowhard like these other guys.

Ward came in head first in most of their exchanges. Tactic was to get inside sway the judges with "in fighting." It worked. I think we'll see a different Kovalev this time. He's not going to leave anything up to chance. He genuinely does not like Ward and it's going to show in their second go around. Kovalev is a stone cold killer. I don't think Ward can hurt him. Should be a good one.

I believe Ward is a slightly stronger favorite than last time. He's just got a bigger bag of tricks and over 12 rounds that usually shows.

U are right about Kovalev being a stone cold killer but I just question if his inside game will have improved enough since the last time? I think Ward will continue where he left off and win a ud.

You're right. I'm not sure either. Kovalev better have learned from the first one or it will be a repeat performance and decision.

Ward got outboxed by a better fighter - an olympic champion got schooled, what you think about that ?

As expected, the comments are full of people crying about Ward's style of fighting. You would think they would stop watching if he was so horrible. Anyway, I'm up for this fight. I can't wait to get to Vegas to see it in-person. I don't know if Kov's conditioning will be better with the new coach, but I hope so. If Kov fades in the later rounds again, this could be bad. I think Ward gets the job done by a wider margin and people can go back to complaining about the way he fights.

Like I've stated on numerous occasions, Ward hasn't fought in that manner since the super 6. U guys gotta try harder to come up wit some new material.
