Who is training Kovalev now?

Is it a Russian?

Kovalev is still training with JDJ. Check out the FightHub or FightHype Youtube channels from a few days ago, Kovalev had an open media workout day. He and JDJ did several interviews as well.
The new russian on board is a conditionning coach, but the whole boxing training is done under JDJ.

He isn't trained by Loma Sr. He's trained by Wilder's cutman

AFAIK Usyk is trained by Loma Sr, it's just that Loma will always be #1 to his father.

The only reason that Russ Anber was in his corner during his last fight was because Loma was on the main card and Sr was with him the whole night.

From Ukrainian sources that I saw Loma Sr. is his trainer...

Even in a dirty business like boxing, JDJ crossed the line and now looks like a scumbag. He should have walked away from Kov regardless before training camp if he felt this way. Now he looks like a con-man.
