Hurd is actually a boxer puncher who likes to counter punch. He fought the way he did against Harrison because he knows that Harrison has stamina and chin issues. So he wanted to walk him down and knock him the fuuuck out. The strategy paid off of course but that was actually the opposite of how he usually fights.

If anything one should complement him for his versatility, to be able to switch your style like that and still get the result is nothing short of amazing.

I predict Trout will eat a lot of right hands and counter punches, get dropped at least twice, and possibly get KTFO.

Not tryna argue just putting my prediction out there. We'll talk again after the fight.

Oh okay got ya. Mell isn't quite as big a puncher so I guess that fight is an acceptable and highly competitive unification. Jermell will have his hands full with Lubin if that fight comes off. Hopefully it happens soon!

We will see. I predict Trout stays upright and out boxes Hurd to a UD. I can see why you would say Trout would visit the canvas but I think his experience will prevail. Hopefully the fight will deliver a styles clash that isn't dull!

Trout needs to make hurd respect his power to win. Harrison was out boxing him but wasn't hurting him at all and Hurd ended up making his way to the bread basket. I've never seen trout hurt anyone which doesn't bode well in this category. If Hurd can walk through trouts shots to get inside the night could get long because hurd has hellacious hooks to the body and uppercuts and as was said before, he's big with youthful stamina. I can see a Joshua v klitschko type of exchange between the two.
