He is a good guy. Most of his career ive been dead set against him because of his boring, anti-boxing, jab and grab style. But i have to say i have a massive respect for him lately coming off his fight with joshua. Yes i wanted joshua to whup him, and yes i want joshua to whup him in any rematch, but cmon, the guy is such a gent, i feel bad about revelling in his defeats.

Yep and only a loser would think he had nothing positive to take away after this fight. We KNOW who these ppl are and ( me personally ) one particular poster who thinks this( yea you )...

Wladimir is so strong that even when you beat him, you still haven't beat him.

sounds like he may exercise the rematch clause. i'd like to see that unless a Joshua vs Wilder fight is made.

He left joshua off the hook. He didn't gain anything by not going all out in that round. He had the fight won and he blew it...

When Wlad and Vitali first started out, I wasn't a big fan of either (I was the same way with Lennox too). Both grew on me as they displayed dominance and class in the same way I grew to love Lennox Lewis as a fighter. The fight between Vitali and Lewis made me respect both so much. Wlad' performance against a young lion in his hometown was something to be admired. I was hoping he would retire after that epic war but who am I to judge how he decides to end his epic career? You want another crack at the young lion? Go for it.
