because his team and his fans have built him up as some ATG savage that is supposed to save boxing...but he cold ducked a legit legacy fight against ward

he made fun of canelo yet went and fought brook...hes been chasing canelo for years and passed up ward so he could preserve his image and 0 for canelo(canelo has 97 percent of his career fights at 147-154 and has 0 wins against 160lbers)....hes not a throwback...his career is carefully plotted just like every other guy....yet his fans seem to give him a pass when theyve hammered more accomplished fighters for less

Golovkin is a middle weight. He always fought the best MW's available. Ward should worry about his division.

Canelo was a MW cutting 20 pounds before each weigh in and then rehydrating to low 170's each fight, being heavier than Golovkin.

He fought Brook because Eubank jr pulled out of the fight, as his father admitted later.

Canelo had signed a document to fight Golovkin right after Khan. Did he honor it? hint, check my avatar.

in 2015 when ward reached out...ward had fought about 97 percent of his fights at 168...a division in which ggg said he was open to fight in for big fights....and actively pursued several fights in that division

ward was paid 5 mil guarantee to fight kova..and they paid 1.8 to spar brand in order to get that fight......and the fight didnt do great on ppv...and yet kova and hbo are all signed up to do it again!!!
