A regular lay off isn't the same as a layoff coming back from surgery. Errol should want Keith to be 100% when they fight. Why fight him right after coming off a surgery? That's cheap if you ask me. Let Keith get a tune up and fight after that.

Spence is not currently part of Keith's retirement plan.
Too much risk for little or no reward.

Thurman is already coming up with excuses for ducking, how convenient that he announced right before spence fought a surgery he supposedly had a month prior, thurman is a hypejob who got a gift against garcia after straight running like a twat the last few rds when he couldve won by actually fighting...

Its rediculous when fighters want so called tuneup fights, thats literally admitting that they know theyll lose so their fighting a cabbie. A elbow surgery to remove calcium is not a major surgery,it just means they did an outpatient procedure to sc**** off some excess buildup. Tune up fights by default are ducking, especially if it wasnt a hand injury, its disrespectful to the opponent, fans & boxing in general. If someone supposedly is able to fight & healed it obviously means they are good to go, to take a tuneup afterwards is to say your scared simple.

Let Thurman take a tune up or people will say he's coming off surgery even though the last time he was injured he didn't take a tune up he jumped right into the Shawn Porter fight. I'm not sure that's the right move against Spence!! Make it happen!!

I feel like Spence is a throwback and he's one of the few fighters out there right now or only fighter, that truly wants to fight the best fighters out there and biggest names. Every fighter fights for the money of course but I think the legacy is just as important if not more important to Spence than the money is. It's BS Neither Thurman or Spence are gonna be able to get there hands on Pacs title unless it somehow ends up in the hands of a fighter that isn't signed to Top a Rank! When Floyd beat Pac and decided to not pay the sanctioning fee and they stripped him. Look how fast that title ended up back in Pac's possession!

Let Keith get a tuneup he's only fought twice in 2 in a half years. He never gets in a rhythm because of layoffs and would have done a lot better against garcia and porter.
