The Crawford v. Spence idea is fantastic. That would be a great scrap. Whoever was crowned the victor would have a very compelling case for P4P #1.

I mean, he's fighting once a year and winning against good fighters so the injury shouldn't force a tuneup unless they're actually worried about his recovery from it and testing it out. And any reasoning like that will be highly doubted.

Thurman will absolutely fight Spence, but of course NSB will spend every second until the bell rings accusing him of ducking. You always say Thurman will duck and never give him credit when he doesn't.

tune up? These are professionals. Thurman's tune up can be in the gym sparring after he rests up from surgery. Also, they're both champions. That's not really necessary at the highest level of competition, imho.

thurman just beat porter and danny and coming off a surgury.. If he wants a tune up he deserves a soft touch... Manny is taking soft touches like horn and vargas back to back while keith beat danny and porter back to back... Give the man some credit.... Even ggg was fighting bums like rubio and wade and macklin and gaele.... Canelo just fought a complete bum as well after he fought smith and khan..... Keep things in perspective
