I am trying to explain it to you in very simple terms. The part you pasted is not a Roach quote. Only the parts within quotations are statements by Roach. If you're having difficulty with this then I cannot assist you any further.

There is a major socioeconomic/education gap on this website and critical reading skill is part of that gap. It's not that important to me.
