Will this mean that we will get the Wilder vs. Stiverne rematch on July 29?

Stiverne is the mandatory, so the fight has to happen at some point.
i think you took it out of context

"The main event bout will be a WBC 12-round special attraction"

by "the main event" im sure they mean garcia broner

He constantly begs Parker to fight him, Team Parker won't go near him..

After he knows Parker is aligned to fight in the UK to build towards the mega money fight versus Joshua, yeh sure I buy Wilder wants him too.

Parker has bigger fish to fry.

Wilder has his mandatories to contend with in Stiverne and Ortiz, he needs to prove himself on the world level like Joshua and Parker have first instead of fighting euro level garbage.

Let's wait and see, can't see Garcia v Broner and Windmill v Bernie on the same card.

You mean Parker is stumbling around UK begging for some bums so his name will get just big enough so AJ will look his way long enough so Parker can sell him his belt?

Parker is ducking Wilder so hard, it ain't even funny..
