Not great numbers so some building up to do before Thurman vs Spence Jr! He already said his first IBF Title Defense will be back in Texas. So Now that he is Champ now they can start to build up on that and work on making him a Draw in Texas which is a EXCELLENT Boxing State even though their Judges and Refs SUCK lol

Spence Jr himself said he doesn't care about "BEING A STAR" he just want to be THE BEST! I respect that!

Afternoon Fights/Early Evenings instead of Primetime does somewhat hurt the American Market unfortunately for a network like Showtime but regardless I think it is GREAT that Showtime shows International Fights live instead of watching a **** stream

Joshua/Klitschko was the same time of day, and all I hear from Americans is Joshua was an unknown before the fight aswell, and it done double the viewers

291K is terrible no matter how you try to spin it and showtime ratings have been in the toilet ever since haymon created PBC. Taking all showtime fighters away and going a whole year where they had little to no fights gutted their boxing viewership. Haymon fighters flocking back to showtime with money running out with PBC but the viewers are not coming back. Established fighters are going back to showtime drawing HALF what they drew before they fought on PBC. Spence was labeled the new boxing superstar and can't even crack 300K viewers. SMH
