Margarito is not Thomas Hearns or Julien Jackson in terms of power. Why couldn't Williams take his shots?

The guy Williams just faced had a KO rate that was way higher than Margarito's. Williams took his shots. Keep in mind like Margarito, Williams is a big welterweight.

Yeah, Williams doesn't stand a chance with Margarito. Margarito's punches are much harder and more effective. Williams' has no defense, fights on the inside too much for a big guy, and lacks the big punch. Williams is good, but I wasnt impressed really. Chad Dawson is a good prospect with a similar style but is much more promising.

Beating Williams will not get Margarito more credit or credibility than beating Cintron did.

You will not see people coming in here saying 'ooooo ahhhh Margarito beat Williams, damn'.

You can look at Margarito kicking Williams out of camp in two ways.

1. Williams did not match the style of the opponent he was going to face. This happens all the time, you want a guy in their that gets you prepared for your next oppenent.

2. Williams was making him look bad and killing his spirit.
