My whole homepage is filled with thread after thread saying how Spence would beat Mayweather, Pacquaio, GGG, how he's p4p in the top 5 etc.

Don't you all think that you're setting yourselves up for a big fall?

He did something incredible at the weekend but the amount of hype is a little ridiculous. I read people saying he'd destroy Tommy Hearns the other day.. :|

This is no different than the after GGG or Loma wins except its blacks gloating instead of whites.

But to answer your question, Brooks was super overrated. His best win was a loss and his second best win came against a guy that went life or death with Julio Diaz. Good title grab for Spence, it didnt come easy but lets not forget he did what most predicted.

The guys putting up the Spence will beat GGG threads are trolls and not being serious, just trying to get the Brook and alt right fans angry because of the above threads.

The guys putting up the Spence will beat Manny threads are doing so because they know the fight will not happen and to get back at the Manny fans for posting the Spence will beat Floyd threads.

So basically you should ignore all these types of threads.

That's the cycle of consumption with celebrities in all fields. Its that good band or musical artist you "discovered" who blows up 2 years later & then 2 years from then you hate that guy cuz everyone is on his **** that don't even care about music like you do so you root against his success now kinda thing.

Its weird how sh^t works like that for a lot of people.

Personally I was riding for Spence pre-this fight & will ride with him post-his first, second & third+ L's like I was with Tyson & Toney & Gatti & RJJ & Byrd & so many others for most of their L's til sh^t got a lil silly when they stuck around too long. And I was down with Floyd who never took a L in the ring his whole career since he was that the kid who's dad lost to Sugar Ray to the richest boxer in history. I & others who stick with cats are probably in the minority with that doe. The masses are fair weather fans & even start hating you at a certain point of fame

NO...His downfall was suppose to be the Kell Brook fight, he is The Real Deal, He Is The Truth just like people like myself said he was. OH and next fight won't be in 9 months and it won't be overseas so you will see a even BETTER Spence Jr his next fight/first title defense!

Of course people will still wait, hope and pray for his down fall from here on out because they didn't get it vs Brooks

He may well beat Floyd at this point though. Floyd is 40 & retired. Who knows how his legs, reflexes & speed are holding up.
