Welterweight. I'd say Spence at this point. Oscar was a second-tier welterweight (meaning he was good, but not on par with a Leonard or Mayweather) who lost nearly all of his big fights. He liked to rumble, he would get plenty of action against Spence. It would be a really good fight.
