This is some manufactured BS. The fight must not be selling well. You can never take these stories about things not going well in training camp leading up to a fight of this magnitude. If this story was true (it's not), this would tell you a lot about the lack of discipline of Team Kovalev.

Kovalev did shush him during the fight to listen to some russian guy, and like I said, if jackson has been slighted by kovalev further with the addition of this russian coach (listening to him as oppossed to jackson), it is fair to imagine he would feel he was betrayed first and out of spite asked to join the rival. Otherwise I don't see why someone would take it that personally instead of just leaving.

There are plenty of trainers that have friends in their opponents camp. Trainers have actually trained opponents directly. Kov showed his true colors so Jackson decided to go elsewhere where his experience and knowledge are appreciated.

After the numerous times Kov has done this, it's no longer he may of done it not knowing. He's not ******, he lives in the USA.

WHY IN HELL would anybody believe what J Prince says? This guy is full of ****. He claims to be a man of God, when all he is is a gangster. Rick Reeno you should be ashamed of your reporting. Boxingscene should suspend your ass. How are you going to publish a story like this where you don't even mention anything about reaching out to JDJ for his side of the story? Is boxingscene.com now publishing "rumors"? Who paid for this story?

It doesn't even make sense. Of course some Ward fans will chew it up but anybody with half a brain would have to reject this as pure tabloid. If this were true it paints JDJ as a very weak man. It says JDJ wants to be on the Ward side because he hates how Kovalev treats him but if he can't be in Ward's corner (as an assistant) he'll take his pay check with Kovalev because his dignity is worthless. That's what Rick Reeno and J Prince want the boxing fans to believe about JDJ. I agree this fight must not be selling well.

There are right ways to promote a fight. They've ruin that. Could it be that they're acknowledging how terrible they are at promoting this fight and this is their cheap answer at promoting? A bunch of ****!
