This past Saturday night, Errol Spence (22-0, 19 KOs) became the IBF welterweight champion when he unseated Kell Brook (36-2, 25 KOs) with an eleven round stoppage before 27,000 hostile fans at Bramall Lane in Sheffield. The fight lived up to hype, but Spence began to take over the later rounds, by dropping Brook in the tenth round and nearly putting him away. I rate Kell over Garcia, Porter and Guerrero. Not over Thurman, but some do. In that sense, one could argue Spence has a better win than any of Thurman's, and should be #1 accordingly.

I didn't consider Brook #1 so I can't put SPence there. I think he beats Thurman but Keith has Garcia and Porter wins, and an overall better resume so he gets the first place spot.
