Pac is obviously owned by Arum. It's embarrassing such an icon can't ever pick his own fights. Dude is old as hell and is being forced to fight Horn. Pac's last third of his career has been pretty lame. Not saying he should fight Spence and Thurman, but no one wants to see him fight Horn.

And obviously a vulnerable to KO, but also name, like Khan, is pretty much the most appropriate opponent for Pac at this point in his career. That's what his fans want. Spence would only KO a small, faded, and old Pac. Don't matter, differen't promoters ensure it never happens.
