69,000 arrest have been made and 4000 police caused deaths of drug users and 4000 drug related murders. That is 1 in 20 cases of deaths for drug users in police operations and the rest are murders related to drugs. In the current administration. 4300 arrest have been made in first 6 months of the last administration and there was 400+ police related deaths, that is 1 in 10 per police operation related deaths. Which means, in per capita, Duterte is giving a fairer shake than the past administration.
