He's actually from my hometown (Calgary, Alberta, Canada). It's funny because I did some fishing and I figured out his last name. I asked around and got some inside info on Boozo. The word was that he was a depressed social outcast at school with no friends and a mean acne problem. Just what I heard though.

I don't know if there's any truth to it. I mean, a loser like Bozo only comes around once a decade. He's probably worse then the guy I described above.
