Last week, Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach became alarmed when he arrived to the Philippines to join the ongoing training camp of his star fighter, WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao. At some point don't you think a Great and future IBHOF inductee has earned the chance to pick his own agenda and his own bouts? He doesn't need Spence, Thurman or Crawford they need him; he and his legacy is secured if he retired today. He's not running his mouth about anyone like another great retired(?) boxer. If everyone only fought in a circle, never letting anyone else in then how does a young fighter, up and comer or contender get a chance. It has been a long(was a) long and upstanding tradition of older champions giving hopefuls a shot. We the boxing public don't have to like it or buy it, we are selfish; he fought hard and long and has earned his choices, not us.

PAC has to do what DELA HATER,MOSELY,JMM did by continuing to fight real comp. He doesn't get as pass.
