Let's be honest. Floyd vs Pac was a lot closer than people made out

Nope, it was su****ious as fugg, no doubt.
But, you know what?
IV rehydration is legal in Las Vegas.
And, NSAC, USADA, and WADA all gave him a thumbs up.
After they investigated.
And the investigation probably didn't take long because a USADA collections agent was there the whole time and signed off on the whole thing.
So did the paramedic who administered the IVs and didn't know Mayweather from Adam and woke that morning having no clue he would be called to Floyd's residence.
So did the lab guys who tested his samples all thru training camp, especially the lab guy that tested the samples taken before and after the IV.
Su****ious?
Hell yes.
But investigated and there was nothing illegal there.
And oh yeah, again IVs are normal as ******** in Vegas.
But, think what you like...
Also' how does an agency or commission investigate itself? The only unbiased investigation is carried out by an outside group with no interest in the outcome.Comment

WRONG. not a fact.
NSAC didnt ban IV use. They have zero say.
WADA banned IV use. USADA follows WADA protocols.
And if it was administered in a "medical facility" ie. a hospital - it isn't banned by WADA and does not require a TUE.
Big differenceComment
-
NSAC chairman Frank Aguilar told the Las Vegas Review Journal, "USADA does not have the authority to approve or administer a TUE in Nevada".
WADA prohibits IV infusions without a TUE.Comment

This was despite Floyd being a lot bigger and rangier than Pacman
I watched the fight a second time a few months ago, couldn't decide whether it was 6-6 or 7-5 Floyd.
Let's be honest, if we didn't have preconceived notions about who the 'boxer' and 'brawler' were, and how each of these respective combatants had to perform to win the fight, we would have been able to judge this fight more accurately. Also the bias commentary didn't help.
Floyd mostly landed love taps, Pac landed the harder punches and did more damage throughout, also made Floyd miss a lot. Floyd landed a lot more 'iffy' punches in this fight.

Fanboys so gullible. Throw them a bone they come and fetch.
Such easy creatures to fool
let's be honest here. Floyd fanboys cannot be honest about the truth. Honesty is not one of their strong suits when floyd' divk is way way up their asses lmao
# only rational fans can see the truth
Even in Spain, they saw Pac winning. (@ 14:00 mark, BOXING EXPERTS AT THE END OF THE VIDEO ALL FOR PAC)
KENNY LOPEZ SHOCKING INTERVIEW! PACQUIAO BEAT MAYWEATHER RE SCORE PEDS USADA NSAC
@ 2:32 - Did Pacquiao win this fight? Honestly. Yes!
@ 2:34 - I think that the reason a lot of people don't see it that way is because of the commentating. It fooled a lot of people.
@2:48 - Mayweather was very good at pot shotting moving out controling the distance, if you take that away and you neutralize it, he looks like his landing catching those shots, but you hear Roy Jones saying he landed, but when you watch it again, he wasn't landing none of those shots.
@ 3:30 - I want to make it official, I watched the fight again, and I thought Manny Pacquiao won that fight when I watched it again.
Hopefully history perceives things the correct way, which is that one man came to fight, the other came to hug and run, and that there was an obvious difference in work and effort in the ring that night between the two competitors.Last edited by Spoon23; 04-25-2018, 11:15 AM.Comment

The fight was closer than it is now perceived, but the public is rightly disgusted by Pacquiao's refusal to throw caution to the wind. People did not wait 5 years and spend hundreds of dollars to watch Pac fight cautiously.Comment

You don't even have to try hard to be funny when it comes to these idiots defending Pac.
None of them want to admit the truth to themselves- that one of the best offensive fighters of this era was completely shut down by someone whose defense was G.O.A.T. level.
They can't understand why Pac was one of Floyd's easiest fights when they had 6 years worth of hints to help them figure it out.
They didn't want Floyd in '09, not unless they got scheduled tests that stopped months before the fight.
They didn't want Floyd in Jan 2012, even when he went to court to postpone serving his sentence so he could fight Pac in May- this was countered by Arum with tales of an outdoor stadium that needed to be built and would not be ready until Floyd had to turn himself in that June.
And there were several other instances where Arum and Manny had a chance to make the fight and didn't.
You would think that Pac's fans would ask themselves once during 6 years how these miraculous swerves keep happening and why.
But nope, it had to be Floyd and obviously Floyd was scared.
So they finally get in there 6 years too late, a time that has clearly slowed the older Mayweather down a lot more than Pac and we STILL get a boxing masterclass.
What's that?
Oh, he had a bad shoulder?
That he injured jet-skiing after he fought Oscar in 2008?
But never bothered to get it repaired knowing eventually he would have to fight Floyd?
Not even with almost a year off after getting KTFO by JMM?
OK.
So he gets an operation.
He does NO REHAB.
What's that?
He rehabbed it by swimming around in saltwater?
Then went out and dropped 20 in his basketball league?
OK.
He's all better now. No shoulder issues at all.
Fights Vargas...and throws 4 more punches in 12 rounds than he did against Floyd.
With a fully healed, saltwater bonafide shoulder...he throws 4 more punches.
OK.
If anyone needs me, I'll be watching some more invisible punch videos that prove without a doubt that Manny outlanded Floyd 1000 to 1.Comment

There's was no more hugging than in an average fight, probably less than average. There was like 12 the whole fight. ******ed casual watch more boxing.Comment

Only 25 clinches the whole fight.
Which Floyd spent the overwhelming majority of right in front of Pac, even coming forward many times.
When you say he ran and hugged it proves that either you didn't see the fight or you cannot mentally accept what you saw.Comment
