I thought brook was up until about the midway point. He then gassed terribly do to body shots and the weight cut probably contributed too. It was all downhill from their i knew it was over for him.
Just rewatched Brook vs Spence. My thoughts

I just noticed that after watching the Sky Box version where I saw it live with Showtime.
Showtime was a lot more on point with pointing out both guys doing work. Sky practically had zero acknowledgements of Spence until Brook ate a clean combo in like the 7th. Then they read the score cards of "the Americans' and almost didn't realize they were reading very close scores.
At the end of the day, the judges even had it right at least. I normally like Sky and try to re-watch a fight with their commentary but this time it felt overly biased against Spence.Comment

Bullshyte, Brook might have well won 3 of the 1st 5 rds but no way in hell he swept them. Face it Brook QUIT in a still winnable fight.Brook took 1-5, period. Many of Spence's jabs were air punches, his body work was on point but there wasn't enough of it, and Brook was much more agile.
Spence himself will acknowledge he lost the first half. But that's okay - that's how he fights. Same thing was happening against Algieri, he was getting outboxed at first. It just takes him time to adjust.Comment

Because you think Tyson Fury is some kind of master boxer... lol. Actually , I have no idea why. Your post is spot on.Comment

Spence himself even said he didn't show up at first and had to readjust. A B- isn't a score you give when you're dominant.Comment

What stuck out to me the most was the concerted body work by BOTH fighters but Spence in particular worked both sides of the body.Comment
