You weren't the one taking those vicious shots from the hardest puncher at welterweight! It was a dog fight for 11 rounds and Kell just couldn't see, no shame in taking a knee at that point and by this is coming from someone who was pulling for Errol Spence.

If he goes down fighting like you say, he could have ended up permanently blind in one eye but it's easy being a fat overweight person with a beer in one hand and a cheeseburger in the other making these comments
Bro, you took my things out of context. Take a breath and relax ok? I simply said that Brook should have went all out before it got to that point. Brook was stopped in the 11th round but his eye problems started way before that, actually the fight started turning in round 8. The first 6 rounds, I had Brook up and the 7th was really competitive. Brook's eye problems started i think in the 9th round I cant remember. I do know he was telling his corner and at that moment he should have known he was on a timer like the triple G fight and threw the kitchen sink at Spence to get him out of there.

My point still stands, I don't see anything to special in Spence, seems like Brook's eye and weight took a bigger effect on Brook than we predicated. I still think Thurman schools Spence.

Brook's career makes me sad because when he beat Porter, he got attacked by a psycho in Spain. His money hungry promoter made him fight GGG when that ***** Eubank refused to and that was the final nail in his coffin. All Spence did was bury Brook.

A pre GGG Brook would have beaten Spence.

I would never call a Pro Boxer "A Coward" it is ridiculous but that is what the internet is about people can post stuff like that and have nobody to answer to for it

          Brook eye was clearly ***ed!
the spinks that tyson fought was a coward. in fact, many of tysons opponents were cowards.

i say this because they chose boxing. they know whats expected of them (4 times a year on avg).

the insults haters throw around is hysterical though. calling cotto kneegel as if he made it a habit of quitting. he was battered and bloodied late in the fight.

as for kneekell ( ), ive seen worse eye injuries/cuts. but maybe he had what 3g did to him on his mind

Brook fan here. No shame in that loss. Brook is an awesome fighter and I still rate him highly, but he lost against what looks to be another good, younger fighter.

Spence is definitely a good fighter, but he's not the world beater some make him out to be. Nonetheless I stand by Brook in victory and defeat because - seriously - there were no losers in that fight. Two warriors going at it and Brook couldn't keep the pace after the 6th or 7th. That's okay. Can't win em all.

G**** Spencer and I look forward to your JMW move as nobody at 147 can compete. Maybe Andrade or the other Charlo at 154. Also would like to see how Spencer deals with someone like Lara who is very slick and can fight off the back foot while being elusive and accurate

This fight made some doubts go away, we now know now that Spence has a chin, that he is the real deal, still brook also showed that he is also a world class boxer and in the top 5 welters, no shame in taking a knee for not being able to see, he still showed heart and that he is a warior, very competitive fight until the injury, Spence a great fighter also did what he had to do, no need to downgrade Brook, this are the fights that we like to see, the best vs the best, I'm tired of all the softmatching boxing was having lately, but this fight, the vladimir vs joshua, are the type of fights that keep boxing alive, hope to see a war between ggg and canelo and kovalev vs ward and also do hope that davis and/or rigondeux fight lomachenko.

Your post is solid. Standing by your guy is the right thing to do. I said in another post I had doubts if Errol was up and he needed to do something big...which he did in the 10th. That said I'd still have supported him in a loss, no shame to either guy tonight as they both put on a show and gave 110%.

Unrelated to you the people whining GGG ruined him...it wasn't the same eye. Also Brook was gassing from endless bodyshots up until then...it was plain to see his movement was stunted and he was starting to fade.

You could say GGG ruined him because he knows what happened to his other eye.

                      It's a mental thing.
