Kell clearly said Spence was one of the best If not the best he's ever fought and reminded him of GGG when he fractured his other eye....
So the jury is still out then. A very good boxer yes! An elite once in a generation boxer that can carry boxing - not yet.

Haters need to re-read what Spence said - he used his boxing IQ made an adjustment midway thru the fight and carried Brook at a pace he knew Brook couldn't handle! Brook is a spoilt fighter - lazy and coddled ! Hearn should have had an intervention with Brook, gave him some internal step aside $ and made him fight at 154 - fans can give their favorite fighter excuses, but the ring doesn't lie, and Brook had a fundamental flaw - that Spence knew he could exploit because of his work ethic and the types of camps he puts himself thru, you cannot stay at the top level fight in C level fighters and not constantly putting that work in!! Spence spars Jermell Charlo on the regular ! The only thing Spence had to over come was nerves - overseas/ 1st title fight/ 27,000 fans - it takes a round or 2 to acclimated

There is a big difference from being in the top 5 and name recognition Khan, Bradley and Pac are just names.Out of the 3 you named Khan would actually step in the ring with the 5 I named.Bradley is just as worse than Pac in fighting current top level fighters, he's just living off of a bad decision victory off of Pac,Bradley should move back down to 140 he's too short and has no power to compete at 147

Strength and conditioning are part of boxing too.

And a championship fight is scheduled for 12 rounds. It doesn't matter who is ahead after 10, it matters whose hand is raised when the fight is officially over.

It was a cherry pick. Anytime you fight someone coming off of a loss its got cherry pick all over it.
So Spence gets no credit for punching Brook hard enough to break his orbital? He gets no credit for forcing the weight drained guy to fight at a pace that drained him. Smh.

Great fight, brought the best out of both, it lived up to its billing though I fear after two straight losses brook may find it even more difficult to find quality fights. I'd like to see him in with Peterson next.
