While i agree with Khan and Bellew's comments about Brook having demons, i'm not too sure that they weren't laying it on a bit too thick at times. When they were kind of shaking their head.

While it's a worry for a fighter to have that on his mind going into future fights. I personally can't pull him to pieces for what happened tonight.

You've got to have that mental toughness, but an eye injury..after braking an orbital bone in your previous fight?
Lot's of fighters fight threw injuries, guys like Haye recently, guys with broken jaws etc. It's admirable, but your eye-sight, i don't think guys should gamble that.
I didn't blame Lucas M when he quit, and i didn't think Margarito was too bright when he didn't quit. I know many will disagree with me, but that's just my opinion.

Obviously his thoughts must of went back to the GGG fight. But if his eye isn't injured from this fight, i'm sure he will be ok moving forward.

Brook would flatten him just like any other decent puncher at 147 and below.

I supported Spence to murder Brook, but the reality is that the weight and the eye socket did more damage to Brook than Spence himself. A pre-ggg Brook would have beaten Spence. Brook turned into spaghetti past round 7 but the first 6 rounds he was dominating Spence. I don't see Spence beating Thurman he has a lot of work to do.

I underestimated Brook and thought he was garbage, but if he didn't have those limitations he would have won.

It would had ended the same way. He was making Brook fight in every round and is not the pace that he likes to fight. Even all the holding did not save him. Spencer didn't fade or got hurt, Brook was counting on that and it didn't happen. Brook would had looked for another way to quit
