Don't they have a standing count before a stoppage? seemed premature. The guy didn't even go down.

Was a really bad stoppage yeah he got him hurt but dude wasn't even stumbling and groves was bombing on him why would he want to throw back at that moment? Lol.. he was basically doing his face defense like Arturo gatti and got stopped for it, this happens in the U.K. a lot.

Groves is seriously underrated, wins over Chudinov, Degale, Murray, only losses were against Jack and Froch, really competitive bouts.

I think the stoppage was early. I think Chudinov could have made it out of the round.

How was that an early stoppage. He didnt throw a punch back for about 45-50 seconds and ate about 20 power shots. I agree some fights are ended prematurely in UK (Froch v Groves I). But if ref didn't wave it off he would of eaten another 20 + bombs.
