He beat an undefeated champion Porter and undefeated Spence (which he won't but this is a hypothetical). I'd have to agree. Even with that sad, winner of this fight should settle it in the ring against Thurman

He's best win is Thurmans best win but done better. If he beats Spence that beats Thurmans win over Garcia. Thurman hasn't proven anything if Brook hasn't.

Thurman has more names on his resume than brook period!!! Call me a hater but i go by what i see in front of me. at 147 resume to resume Thurman has a better shout to being the man at 147 than Brook, Bradley has even a better claim and thats not even including Pacman.

You don't become the man by having one name of note on your resume and a hypejob (Spence according to the same people/posters). If Brook beats Thurman after beating spence then we can have this conversation again.

But to claim he is the man at 147 with a win over spence really? Even Porter has fought better competition at 147 than Brook in less years, even he would have a shout if he beats Thurman in a rematch.

That's exactly my point, you either don't know much about boxing or you are using fanboy logic if you have Brook over Thurman at 147... Based on their resume. If they ever get it on I think Brook wins but as of now he is behind Thurman.

Yeah. But Brook beat an unbeaten Porter more clearly than Thurman. Beating an unbeaten Spence surely outstrips a welterweight Garcia. None of Thurmans other wins such as Bundu (beaten by Spence) or Guererro, Collazo ect compare either. What's Thurman done to deserve it then? As far as Manny, sure he has better names on he's record, but look at the stage he's at. Same as Bradley. If we're going only by career resume then Klitschko is still the best heavy. Brooks number one if he beats Spence. Imo.

What has Spence done ? Even if Garcia wasn't a great champion at the weight, he actually beat some ok welterweights
