He literally has no chance besides landing a Hail Mary punch. And he'll have to do so within 2-3 rounds to have any chance. He won't last 12 unless Mayweather wants him to.

His only actual chance is if they're going to WWE this **** and have Mayweather take a dive. Which I suppose is very possible.

I once saw a guy at a national amateur event win three fights by fighting in a way that could best be described as a kangaroo meets gazelle. Employing tactics such as double fisted jabs. Jumping and punching down.
It confused the **** out of everyone including the refs.

And how bad is this dude going to potentially look? He barely registers at an amateur boxing level, and if you go by some of the dude's shadow boxing clips that have surfaced -- jeezus, man. It's possible that he's not even at an amateur level for f**k's sake. Going up against the best boxer of this generation, and very arguably, the most prolific defensive boxer in the entire history of the sport.

Only thing that McGregor has advantage wise is age. How old is Floyd now? 41?

So what's this guy's game plan? Just disregard defense entirely and attempt to walk Floyd down and just throw as many hail mary bombs as he can and hope he hits the lottery? I mean obviously if he tried to box him, lmao, it might very well be the most embarrassing display of "boxing" that we've ever seen at this level of the sport.

If you're in McGregor's corner how are you approaching this?

If he legit wants to win, as in making it about a 1 in 1000 chance versus his 1 in 10,000 chance of winning, I would focus on foot work. Like Gambler said in the first post, Conor will have to make it ugly because the only advantages he has on Floyd are his strength and size. So if I was running his camp, I would focus on trying to corner Floyd, tie up, and pray to land something big eventually.

By the fourth fight he was totally knackered, as you might expect and alas couldn't pull his moves no more.

lol Conor's not going to come in throwing wild Hail Marys like some are suggesting. Conor is a shrewd and calculated operator. Apart from the first Diaz fight, Conor has shown to be patient and is primarily a counter sniper. He will target Floyd's body and will look to maximise his reach advantage with that straight as an arrow left hand to Floyd's head. He will use his superior strength and MMA clinch experience to bully Floyd physically, he will push him around and look to unsettle Floyd on his feet.
