This is hypocrisy. This was probably stated before, but Oscar was trying to get Canelo this same fight with McGregor. Was it a farce then? Is putting Ronda Rousey on the cover of The Ring mag (a boxing magazine) just before she gets KO's a farce? Canelo dropping his belt, then fighting Liam Smith, is that a farce?
