Idiots have been making every single excuse in the book for pacquiao....this has been going on for years.

You try to argue you speak for "most boxing fans" and yet, here you are, in the extreme minority trying to play like Barrera wasn't one of the greatest junior featherweights or considered an ATG when practically everyone, except Floyd fanboys, agrees.
Canelo was more dangerous.....he was young, a big kid with skills and before the fight was made " mayweather was champ at 154 before, he scared to fight canelo"...he goes on to win...bu bu bu he was green doe,...rinse, wash, repeat

          get over it bro

Floyd fought from 130-154 all these guys started at 130 and below so whining about weight is ****** AF neither guy had the the talent or ring iq of floyd

anyway..you do realize floyd fought at 130 and jmmm at 126, they turned pro less than 5 pounds apart...you act like its friggin chocolatito vs lomachenko where they turned pro 20 pounds apart lol

I can't believe Floyd fans still living off Floyd beating jmm more convincinlky than PAC, whilst cheating scales? They've no shame whatsoever.
They've 4 common opponents and PAC beat 3 more convincing than Floyd, the other he beat 2 more times than Floyd.
Floyd fans literally flogging a dead hoirse. They don't know when to call it quits.

I Have to disagree with some of this though. Mosley wasn't prime but he had just beaten Margarito in his previous fight and people had no.1 in the division after that. Many were saying there's no way Floyd would fight him.

And Manny, well, if he was big enough to fight Margarito, Clottey, Cotto etc. and win, then he was certainly big enough to fight Floyd. He did have size disadvantages yes but it never bothered him against other guys. So that's not a good excuse. He was just in with a smarter, better fighter who knew how to use it, so Floyd deserves the credit for that. Everyone has to play to their advantage. It's like discrediting a Manny win because he was naturally faster than someone and used his speed.

Floyd is arguably one of the greatest talents to come around boxing. I expect people who don't know boxing to hate him as they don't understand his accomplishments, but any real boxing fan should know and acknowledge this guy's greatness.

                    Great career.

Why do you comment "he's retired" whenever someone posts something negative though?

nullified...Mayweather beat Manny, JMM and more champions than Manny, defended his titles more than manny by almost triple, has less fights and more title fights, more title fight wins

beat more hall of famers to boot..its ok...manny is the second best fighter of his generation...get over it

the ring is the squared circle of truth....all the bellyaching and trolling wont change he was simply the best....now jump off a cliff or learn to deal with it...the media had you brainwashed bro...manny is an all time great but never was an immortal like leonard, ali, roy jones, or floyd...they were the best of their era.
