i think we have different audiences for this two fights, boxing fans and mexican fans in general will buy canelo-ggg just like they bought canelo-chavez maybe a bit more, and casual ufc fans will buy floyd-connor, which most likely do better numbers regardless if they are on the same date... now if floyd tries to fight on september i could see hbo moving their date to next year and having canelo fight someone like saunders on regular hbo on september on the exact same date...

It will be interesting how much a fight will sell with casuals, since ufc fans are shi*ting on this fight just as much as boxing fans here. Conor doesn't seem liked in ufc forums besides his fans its the exact same here with Floyd.

To be honest, I'm not even sure Canelo/Triple Duck qualifies as a "big fight". Does it even see North of 500K PPVs? I doubt it...

But Mayweather, took the running style literally. His running started outside the ring, inside the ring he not only ran, he would hit and tie up during the who whole fight, use his elbows, he seldom got a warning for holding; maybe because he also picked the referee and didn't fight outside Las Vegas. I always thought he was a clown, the McGregor fight confirms it. I hope McGregor, suffers a lapsus and hit Mayweather with a high leg kick to the head and KTFO Floyd.

so did you consider Canelo vs khan, Smith and Chavez jr ring wars? Because that's what Canelo has put out since he took over fighting on Mexican weekends.
