Mayweather vs MacGregor is the dumbest matchup in history and I see things going south real fast for this fight. It's just not good for boxing. This may very well come back to bite both men in the @$$. This is an exhibition fight at best and regardless of the result, it shouldn't be included in either FMJ or CMG professional records. This fight I all about money for both men, and holds no professional merit what so ever.
As far as FMJ, he will want to get the most return on his investment and knows it would be foolish to cut into his profits by scheduling a fight on the same date. He can talk all the crap he wants, and if he's as ****** as his ego allows, let him lose a chunk of money and learn a hard lesson in supply and demand.

the only way floyd vs. mcnugget forces oscar to move dates is if floyd talks AJ into fighting on the undercard. then ggg/canelo has to kick rocks. but at it stands floyd needs to sit back and take this L. if the manny fight wasn't so damn boring he'll have more power to do this but his performance that night made people vomit. im not talking die hard fans that study the sweet science. im talking casuals. it was a damn stinker that nobody will remember.

Oscar originally made those dates popular and Floyd took them from Oscar by beating him and taking over. Canelo had his chance to earn those dates from Floyd but instead he got washed when they fought. He inherited them by default when Floyd retired but until now only fought grossly over matched opponents that shouldn't have been worthy of any ppv dates. He's finally giving fans a fight worth watching this coming September so we'll see how it plays out.
