like a previous poster said, Crawford isn't an easy fight for anyone

i dont rate Garcia very highly and even he had his moments when they fought

Garcia brought something Crawford doesn't. 1 punch KO power.

Thurman had to be more low risk.

Thurman is the most similar to RJJ. this is a fact.

he circles on the outside. darts in and darts out. he's not staying on anyone's chest to let you work on your inside work.

UNLESS you can match him in footspeed which is what Porter did.

Porter is also a stylistic nightmare for Crawford. He will get physical on the skinny Crawford.

I like Thurman, have been a fan of his for a long time. But I actually think stylistically, Crawford is a nightmare for him. The best way to beat Crawford is to spark him out early. He can be hit flush early, but he has a good chin. He can be knocked down, but he will get up and get meaner. Once that early window closes, it's Bud time until he either stops you or the final bell rings. I'd favor Crawford over Thurman if the fight were made tomorrow TBH.

Porter would be a problem for Crawford too.

Last saturday proved to me that Crawford is pillowfisted. he hit that Cuban midget with every punch in the book... full wind-up. hooks uppercuts. straights. never dropped him once.

Thurman would UD Crawford 12-0 like how RJJ did Toney imo. huge difference in footspeed. Crawford walks around. Thurman hops around.
Dude, 12-0? C'mon. If Thurman beat him and that is a large if imo, it will be because he caught Bud with a huge counter and jumped on him to finish. I love Thurman, huge freaking fan of his, but he is'nt outboxing Crawford 12-0 in this universe or any other universe. I would heavily favor Crawford if they ever fight, but if you think Keith could pull it out, cool. But 12-0, that is just crazy talk.

Idk if anyone will beat Crawford at 147 but I think he will be pretty weak at 147.

These guys are thick and STRONG. Crawford is thin and he's just been fighting undersized fighters.

Thurman's athleticism would give crawford problems, but crawford could time thurman jumping in and even dictate with his jab. It's not like thurman is bigger than crawford. If crawford fills out into a ww...the strength advantage would be negated. If they fought tomorrow, I'd pick thurman...in a year or so, maybe crawford...obviously depending on their performances in between.

Off topic...i think porter would be a real nightmare for crawford.

Crawford's crafty pocket work is useless just like Toney's and Hopkins was against RJJ. on the outside it's a mismatch, Thurman punches much harder. and Thurman is faster.
                      Thurman is not faster.
