Its like he just shoots from the hip and doesn't put bodyweight into it why?

You can use the hips and not turn your body weight much or you can turn your body shoulders etc and get your weight into the shot.

He APPEARS to shoot from the hip and not get his weight into the shots

currently Gary Russel Jr. Amir Khan, and Gamboa come to mind. In the past, I never really followed him but people say a Prime Hector Camacho (RIP) was ridiculously fast.
