                                        I saw Shannon jogging topless through Central Park about 3/4 yrs ago, around the time of his comeback, shouting at oncoming dog-walkers to get outta his way. His muscles looked so plump and "wet", it seemed really blatant that something was up. My only surprise is that it's taken this long to get a positive bead on the guy
