    Who fu&*k thought Briggs was clean? He turned pro as a skinny 201 pound heavyweight and failed a PED test way back in the early 2000's as a bloated 250 heavyweight. It's back to stalking Wlad or David Haye.....

            What gets lost in this mess, is the fact that the WBA now has another shambles to deal with. Oquendo is going to sue the hell out of someone or something. The WBA desperately needed to get this fight out of the way to take a chunk out of their legal obligations.
