Everyone knows Loma would toy with him.

In all fairness, Davis isn't even that great of a fighter yet. I have like 5-7 fighters ahead of Davis in the 130 rankings.

He's only really talked in the same sentence simply because of the title. He won the title but in most situations, guys with his talent/experience/age would still be like 5-10 fights away from a title fight. And those guys wouldn't be in the same conversation as Loma.

How the F is he supposed to fight Loma within a yr when he's gonna be due a mando within that frame, Loma is as well, and has a rematch with Salido in the works.

Sure it'd be f/n fantastic if all the best could make at least 3 fights a yr, but at this level, and with all the politics and networks and ish involved, f/n forget about it.

Mayweather got no reason to hold this KID back, that's right, KID, cuz at 22, he's still developing, physically in terms of strength, speed and size, and mentally in terms of maturity, self esteem/worth, more able to hone his craft in the gym as he leaves behind childhood hangups like playin hoes, and hanging with the bros.

As he ages, he's gonna get better or he'll implode as we see happen with some. Tyson, Broner, Boytsov, Fury, etc etc etc.

But let's be real.

Even if Loma and Davis were both signed exclusively with HBO, shared promoters who were friendly, and the fight made perfect sense atm, it would need to make financial sense, and let's be real here.......
Loma has Salido, Garcia, Crawford, Pacqioua all as possible fights for him.

He aint looking back for Davis.

And Davis has easier opposition that pay better and build up his name as he adjusts to the level.......he aint looking at Loma right now either.

But....I wouldnt at all rule out Salido after Loma taps that @ss next time out.
