Pathetic. The final shot was thrown before the bell had even stopped ringing. Even if deemed late it wasn't flagrant and no one had consciously stopped fighting. Ref initially tells Dirrell to get up, then calls time, then asks if he's ok to which Dirrell nods. Then the ref decides to call a doctor and Dirrell decides to play along... again (he's well practised by now) and throws himself to the floor. Will be booking an appointment with Dr. Shaw High again shortly.

Pretty much this. Dirrell was caught with low guard at the beginning of the combo (which started before the bell rang), being the last punch after the bell.

Dirrell was on his knees, and maybe even ready to get up, but the referee overreacted, asked for a doctor and someone from the corner started yelling to sit down to Dirrell. Before the doctor came, Dirrell started to lye down on the canvas following someone's instructions.

Anthony Dirrell should be cautious if he doesn't want to get into trouble. He throws a forearm punch to a security guy between 27:03 -27:10 of the video.
