“Mr Mayweather’s use of the IV was not prohibited under the NSAC rules at that time and would not be a violation of the NSAC rules today.”

Mayweather admitted to breaking Nevada's rules (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-4...l#NRS467Sec030), which ban injections without commission approval and incorporate the WADA banned list by reference. USADA reps are available to testify at a hearing regarding the illegal usage and they have the request for TUE improperly submitted to USADA by Mayweather to use as evidence. Bob Bennett, the executive director of the NSAC, said:
“The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.” http://www.sbnation.com/longform/201...ng-trust-usadaComment

They even have a list of drugs that are allowed to be injected in their rules.
Saline and Vitamin C aren't drugs so need no approval.

So in essence Mayweather cheated and carried Pac in not knocking him Out because he wanted to reserve that internal flowing elixir in recieving punches instead...Mayweather admitted to breaking Nevada's rules (http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-4...l#NRS467Sec030), which ban injections without commission approval and incorporate the WADA banned list by reference. The fight was on May 5... yet it took Thomas Hauser, who is a kingpin of the game of fictional writing with a Law Degree, 3 months to state the obvious for how many pages in the "Can Boxing Trust USADA?" just coincidentally a week before the Berto bout to derail the 49th win because some industry just can't stand the fact that Mayweather Jr. would tie Marciano...lol
Cmon the political game is beyond easy to spot. Top Rank funny roguely hiring out to get the PAC rematch and make excusesComment

It's not like Conor McGregor is about to fight a 26 year old prime heavyweight in a boxing match, he's gonna fight a 40 year former featherweight who's coming off a 2 year layoff. McGregor is naturally a much bigger fighter than Floyd, he's young, he's been active and he's known for his ability to strike, it's the biggest sporting event of the year and they can't/shouldn't stop it.Comment
