It would be ******ed for Floyd to sign immediately. As soon as people he hasn't signed right away, they try and say he is scared. The haters keep telling each other that until they start to believe it. Then when it is signed and official they say Floyd was pressured into it. By the time the fight rolls around, everyone has convinced themselves Floyd is going to lose, and that it is obvious because he acted so scared.
Think about this for a second. It took what, almost a whole freakin year just for Dana and Connor to agree on how they would split their share of the purse?!? Can you imagine if after a year, Kovalev and Duva finally agreed how to split their money for a fight with anyone??? Ok, Connor is finally done negotiating with his own company, his own boss, now he has to negotiate and come to an agreement with Mayweather. I expect this fight to happen, and I expect between 1 and 2 million ppv buys, and an easy win for Floyd. Most haters will call this what it is- a farce- but there are some who will insist Floyd will be ko'd, and they are the ones who build enough doubt for enough idiots to pay to watch.
It is impossible to hate Floyd for this or blame him at all. If he can make tens of millions of dollars for a couple months training and then the easiest fight he has had in about 15 years, why wouldn't he? Blame and hate the idiots who will buy this, they are the ones to blame.
