McGregor would rip his wee head off in MMA or no holds barred but let's rejoice Floyd's no longer gumming up the works, boring us with his talk and waiting for stale and undersized opponents

He was good before he could call the shots, when he fought Corrales and lost to Castillo

I'm not going to buy it, but brace yourselves for the massive PPV numbers this fight will do due to the fight parties all around the US who will take this fight an "event".
It will sell, but I just remember the James Toney MMA debut, that was just awful watching. I pretty sure this will be the same. As in money wise, it will sell. It just won't be off the sweat of my brow.

Prob won't be as bad as Toney's debut. Toney was a big blob rolling around in the octagon and got submitted. I'll read the headlines of May-McGregor the next day and probably watch it on youtube or something.

People in this thread should consider that more people want the fight than don't want it. I don't care for it, and in general the biggest fans of the sport are not interested in it either. But there are a lot of boxing casuals and McGregor fans that do want it.

Plus, this is a guy who has pretty much gotten non-stop criticism about his choice of opponents in his career (at least after the fights anyway). I doubt he has any faith that there exists an opponent that will please any of you guys.

And to top it off, it's essentially a $100m sparring session. Who would honestly turn that down? No fighters you can think of would turn down $100m to fight anyone.

Floyd hires hackers to take down the streams of his big fights. Remember the one hour delay of the Pac fight...that was to give the would be streamers time to order it up after their streams went down. This won't be an easy one to stream...I'm pretty sure.
