    Admittedly, there are a few statements that irk me when someone speaks loosely and authoritative about things tied to a career that I was so heavily involved in. There are a number of phrases or terms that lead to gross inaccuracy. My biggest pet peeve is when someone says that they are going to do Front Laterals in their shoulder workout.

    Not trying to be a jerk or anything.
    You don't need to try, it comes natural to you.

          Brook is going to be noticeably stronger than Spence, Brook by KO or close decision, Spence could nick it but no way is he stopping Brook and will be on his bike most of the fight
          He's slick but he won't hurt Brook

            Didn't they say he was 154 yesterday? How are they going to get another 7lbs off of him?

              I was a strength and conditioning coach for years and this was, and clearly is, one of the biggest misconceptions in the industry. Muscle DOES NOT weigh more than fat, anymore than gold weighs more than feathers.

              A pound is a pound. The actual difference is in the volume associated with those 2 types of tissues.
              yes I know a pound of gold is no heavier than a pound of feathers. I'm talking greater density, and it's kind of funny if google , is muscle heavier than fat your statements are the exact same as that article. Hmmm. Anyway let's just hope for a great fight .

                who know how much Brook weighs now , he could have a tough weight cut and if he is not careful he can burn muscle . He certainly doesn't have a lot of water to lose.

                  And, if that doesn't work, it may come down to this;

                    He is very puffy rounded wet in those picks , muscle is 75% water, 7lbs is less than 5% of his weight he can easily dry out 7lbs, Arturo Gatti in a 141 CW bout dried out 19lbs and nearly killed Joey Gamachi KOing him in 2 rounds.

                      do we know for sure he only has 7lbs to drop. I agree muscle is 2/3 water but he is not holding water under his skin.
